Updates

Updates - 2nd March 2004 - finally some did some illlustrations for Fantasy Section. I felt an improvement in my skills while doing freelance for others, so I thought I should try to repaint the face of Jewels. Did a character Design for a New Online Role Playing Game Handbook entitled "Children of the Great Spirit", Check out Flame Keeper at Character Illustrations, or You may view the other version I did, with a background here.

10th February 2004 - Happy Valentines Day!!! this year's valentines picture is inspired by elderly couples who have survived the test of time in love with each other, an experience we can only hope will happen to us till we old enough to know if we really made it. 22nd January 2004 - Happy Chinese New Year to Everyone!!! I did agreeting card to wish everyone a Happy New Year ahead, and many beautiful blessings to everyone!!!, see the larger one at the Flash Animation Section or Click HERE to see the card, I forward to my friends. Sorry have not the time to update the site with new illustrations, working on a revamp for the Jade Studios Design Gallery.More updates coming soon!!!.

15th December 2003 - Merry Christmas too all below you will find the Christmas Flash Greeting, I did to celebrate this jolly occasion, More updates coming!!!

28th August 2003 - Oh! it's been months since my last update, I have been too busy with freelance to draw anything, but I have done a new piece Crescent Old Moon, In the Fantasy Artwork Section. I send the materials for the Dragon Con Art show, check out the new items at the show, you can find some of my works printed on scrolls (very cool stuff I assure you, see the photos here) The Dragon Con Art Show is commencing tomorrow!!! visit my panel and let me know how did it go. EXTRA: I just found out that my Wedding Gown Designs in the Costume Design Section caught the attention of a wedding links site, it seems that people are attracted to the "Fairy Tale theme" to make the Happiest day of their life a Fairy Tale came true. What a surprise, as I did those works because I was drawing many happily married Princes and Princesses from Fairy Tales for Children book comapnies. Maybe I should design some more. +wink+

26th May 2003 - Hallo!! been pretty busy with freelances, too bad I could not show what I did till they are released. This month I have two new picture, Little People is an adorable Colour pencil drawing for that special someone ahem.. +blush+. And a Self portrait of myself and all my favourite things. BONUS!!!! hee hee I was pretty stress with tight deadlines and lack of sleep due to my freelance, so I did some some calligraphy to relax my mind, since my calligraphy is horrible (as always) I will not show those stuff, but instead since I have the black ink ready I did some painting for fun. 19th April 2003 - After some exploration (online and observing other works) I had a tingly feeling that my skill is improving, and I have solutions to some of my rendering problems, just to make sure I have done this latest piece The Librarian, in Fantasy Coloured. (Prints available for sale). Feeling rather adventurous I tried sculpting my Ha Ha alter ego in Plasticine you may see the Model of Ha Ha here.

For those curious about the mediums I use, in my illustrations I have put up a Mediums Page in The Artist Section, there you wll uncover pictures of all the traditional mediums I use and some info. as to how I acquire the skill to use them.

23th March 2003 - I noticed that due to my diverse styles and work, I have been updating very different picts each month, another wish to guess what work am I updating this month? Well guess no longer this time I have uploaded some new works in Vector Graphics. Did some fashion style illustrations in Freehand, inspired by Modern Chinese Gals.

6th February 2003 - Loaded up some new works, which I was too busy to update for the last month. A New work in the Fantasy Coloured Section, and some new works in Children Illustrations.

1st Januanry 2003 - Happy New Year!!! Updates on the counter in Year 2002 I have gotten 23947 Vists. Thank you all the vistors and friends who have visted my site and gave me some wonderful comments and advises. Wish you all a Happy New Year, and may all your best wishes come true. Edited one of my new picture Day to make the little greeting card seen above. Only one new work today at the Fantasy Section.

12th December 2002 - Hallo!!! all its been some time since my last update. been rather busy learning Flash and doing freelance.. did tons of children illustrations in these months and therefore decided to load a couple of them in a Category CHILDREN. Go have a look!!! they are done for a popular children books publisher "BookWorm" in Singapore. Its been great working with them they are so nice... Ooo did some Poster design & Illustrations in Vector & Graphics Section.

CHECK OUT my very first FLASH Cartoon!!! below at my latest pride and joy!!!! I do not have much flash works to start a gallery.. heh heh

27th October 2002 - Recently been working on black and white works, such as Missing Home, Librarian, Cresent Old Moon and Moon Girl inked version. Loaded a list of FAQs I have compiled from my mails in the Artist Section.

12th October 2002 - Hallo!!!! been busy for the past weeks, got many new works mostly in the 2D Vectors Gallery , some in the Illustrations & Arts , and I have created a new gallery for my photos Go visit the new Photo gallery! I just noticed that I have too much works and galleries, and therefore will be constantly rearranging these galleries this month, I am very sorry for the inconvience caused while doing so. Oh! almost forgot got some new Wallpapers this month, and one of them comes with matching icons for your folders, go check it out!

19th September 2002 - Loaded "Moon Dancer" in celebration for the Mid Autumn Festival, available as Wallpaper in Freebies. Did some exciting and new works loaded in Vector Graphics, attempt and children book illustrations with Corel, feedbacks regarding this new section are most welcome. A sudden inspiration causes me to draw this Central Fusion in Others Section.

14th September 2002 - Results are good at my first show at Dragon Con, I have actually made a profit, selling my artworks. At the moment, I still busy with my design freelance, go visit my Design Gallery. Created a NEW Category for my 2D Vector graphics done in Corel Draw. 21th August 2002 - Been rather busy with web-design freelance so did some practice with colour pencils, uploaded two at Coloured Fantasy Section (traditional media) and one at Love and Romance. Did a New Front page for Jade Illustrations, and re-arranging my gallery art works abit.

9th August 2002 - Loaded some two new picts, at Coloured Fantasy Section

4th August 2002 - Added a feedback form, and a Newsletter subscription form in the site.

9th July 2002 - Completed the 'Wizard Wars' Piece in Coloured Fantasy. This piece is also available as Desktop Wallpaper and Prints in the store.

11th June 2002 - After learning how to draw phoenix and colour flame came up with a pretty work "Phoenix Blaze" at Fantasy Coloured. Another update for RPG section, full scale illustration of Lance Stillstream and their home.

3rd June 2002 - Learning how to draw flames, so coloured and old picture I had "Immortal Flames" in Fantasy Coloured.

22th May 2002 - Loaded couple of new works done recently. RPG Section and Fantasy Coloured. More Art Works available as prints at the Store.

14th April 2002 - Loaded a series of Character Illustrations from the Stories of Shiragiku. (Done in colour Pencil)

19th March 2002 - Updated New Drawings In Fantasy (coloured) and RPG Section. Completed "the Scholars Series" Water Colour Art works. Loaded available prints for sale in posters.

7th Feb 2002 - Updated New Drawings In Fantasy (coloured) Section. Done in Traditional Medium like paints and inks, I even Explore into Water Colour.

21st November 2001- Loaded Finalised version of the site..

October 2001- Exploring Colour Pencil drawing on the "Shiragiku drawings".

Early September 2001- Experiment with slightly realistic fantasy artwork. sample: Jewels.
