Noticed I modify the features, slightly. making the eyes more slanting for an exotic elves look.

Hands - Now I am painting the hand as always paint the flat skin tone first.

11

Hands - Paint with matching colours as per other parts of the body, the shadows and lights on the hands to bring up the form

12

Swords - Instead of magic I decided to give her a weopan as per the other gals in this 'Jewels of the Sea' Pirate series. I painted a bluish grey blade and started added in highlights. (sorry forgot to print screen while I was painting that.

Metal - For metal parts I will try to paint in the reflections of the surroudings onto the blade. Notice the reflection of the hands and parts of the body and cloths.

Blouse and body - I started added shadows on th eblouse on the body.

13

Gems - As for the tranluscent sapphire beads, I draw reference from glass materials, they create an interesting shadow because they allow light to go through them. I hope to do a glass tutorial one day.

Metal - Notice the metal ear ring, will have the reflect of the face parts of the sri and shadow of the beads.

Tassels - Painstakenly painted all the tassels and gems on the edge of the Sari. (other idea as I paint.

Blouse - Also added in some islamic/indian motifs to her blouse, do take note of the folds the motifs have to go with the flow. I have gems cast in a silver rim so we could sew these oval shaped gems onto the blouse too.

Dress design - Another idea is to have intertwined sashes of fabric, thereforeI added in the purple sashes, I was even ocosidering removing the blouse, and have her wear only sahes for the top. heh heh but I gave up the idea soon enough.

Hair - I started adding in the lines where I wish to define the flow and the sections of hair.
